We met Susan Breen after being in the market to buy an apartment in the Park Slope/Prospect Heights area. We consider ourselves lucky that Susan was the listing agent for the apartment that we decided to buy. There were various complicating factors that arose during the course of our purchase and Susan was extremely helpful in facilitating communication between all parties involved helping to make for a much smoother process. Susan was incredibly informative about the most intricate details of the building - a clear reflection of how well informed she is about her properties. She answered all of our questions quickly and accurately. Susan is a delightful person to work with and she is part of an exceptional breed of real estate broker rarely encountered in this day and age.

About 8 years ago, we told a number of local real estate brokers we were looking for a horizontal brownstone near Grand Army Plaza. For 18 years, we'd been living in a 4 story brownstone in Prospect Heights - loving the house and the neighborhood. But the stairs were taking their toll, and one knee replacement was enough.

Susan Breen was the only realtor who took us and our requirements seriously: a lot of horizontal space in the neighborhood we valued and appreciated immensely. She didn't waste our time or patience as did her fellow brokers who shamelessly dragged us to one apartment after another with minimal livability, accessibility, or space. Instead, the three of us bided our time, about a month, pounced on an ideal place and space in Turner Towers, and closed 4 months later.

Once under contract for our Turner Towers apartment, Susan Breen guided us through the selling of our brownstone in a matter of weeks. The purchase price of our apartment and the selling price of our house were fair, reasonable, and excellent value for all concerned. We loved working with Susan Breen and are honored to recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in this part of Brooklyn. She is ethical, realistic, and fun. And she really knows her business and the territory.

Susan Breen helped us find our grand new home, and sold our old apartment at a great price. Her expertise in presenting us with a selection of homes for viewing, which beautifully met our specs, ultimately led us to our new home in a stress-free, smooth and straightforward manner. Susan Breen's easygoing style dispelled all of our negative preconceptions of real-estate brokers.

We were also greatly impressed that Susan accurately priced our home, allowing for its sale in a timely fashion. Her assistance in helping us to prepare the Board package, and secure board approval was invaluable.

We envision living in our new home for many years to come, and will always remember Susan Breen's part in making this all possible.

I have known Susan Breen for thirty-five years. She is the only person I trust when buying or selling properties.

I have bought and sold houses as well as coops. Susan is a woman with a great deal of integrity and intelligence. Unreliable lawyers or mortgage brokers do not sway her. She understands the market and how it changes and is available at any time to answer questions or solve problems.

Currently I am living in a wonderful turn-of-the-century home in the heart of Park Slope. It is my dream house but, if I ever wish to sell it, Susan would be my broker of choice.

Susan Breen knows Park Slope. Not only did she find us the right house, she also introduced us to neighbors who share our interests. Then, when we were ready to rent our garden floor apartment, she found the perfect tenant. Working with Susan Breen continues to be a delight.
